We are a small cabinet company in Chesterfield, Missouri and have been a customer of Universal Village since 2004. In the past, we have tried other programs, but none have worked with the ease of Universal. All of our employees have instant access to one another's schedules and they are able to keep a personal calendar as well. We use Universal to schedule deliveries and service calls, giving our sales team a snapshot of the week ahead at a glance. They know, for instance, exactly when their client's project will be shipped or when the door replacement they've ordered is scheduled to be put on. Universal has streamlined our communication process and made it easy to keep our company organized and informed.

UVC is fast, efficient and very easy to use. It really is awesome. It keeps me organized every minute of the day. The shared calendar, tasks, contacts, notes, file store, and secure file transferring between colleagues are all great features and used on a daily basis. You can choose to share some things and keep other things private, it's up to you to decide how much or how little is shared. The email module has all the bells and whistles you would want and expect. The ability to share emails with co-workers and link emails to tasks and/or clients is a huge time saver, keeps things organized and is a well used feature. All the modules work together seamlessly and that's important and they create efficiency which means more time for me to spend on what really counts, the client.

Change is always difficult, especially when you have been using something for years and decide to change to something you are unfamiliar with. We had been using a CRM system that had become an important part of our service delivery of our client so when faced with the idea of changing, it was not something we took lightly!
